Conditions for renting a mobil home

We do not send paper brochure, save our planet!

We only rent mobile homes, there are no tents and caravans/motor-homes pitches. Also, all mobile homes have :

- Toilet and separated bath
- A complete inventory necessary for a successfull holiday ( including blankets and pillows )
- A terrace with garden furniture and umbrella
- According to the eligibility of the mobile home, internet access unlimited
- Television
- One inside parking place
- Access to the pools with sunbeds and an umbrella for two persons, and the Jacuzzi.

Rental Conditions

- Fee 30€/year for 1-2 mobile homes (15€/MH beyond)
- 30% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before arriving
- Tourist tax : 0,40€/day/pers. 16 years or more, from 05/01 to 09/30
- 2 deposits : 500€ ( mobile home ) + 50€ ( cleaning)

Options

- Cleaning : 50€/h
- Additional parking place : 4€ a day with remote control for access
- Additional Guest : 3€/day
- Internet Access : Free
- Disposable sheets : 10€ for 160 , 8 € for 140 and 6 for 80
- Rent an electric barbecue : 2€/day
- Rent a baby chair : 2€/day

Take with you

- Sheets, linens and cleaning products (sponge, toilet paper, ... )
- Eventually a barbecue, electric only.
